Payment
Payment is to be finalised within 2 business days from placing your order. If payment is not received within 2 business days, we will contact you. Your order will be cancelled if payment is not received 2 business days after initial contact.
You can make your payments securely via Paypal with Visa, Mastercard or directly from your Paypal balance.
Payment will be cleared automatically once an order has been placed at the checkout.
Shipping in Australia
Once payment has been received, your item(s) will be posted within 2-3 business days to the address specified. If you need your items shipped to a different address, please let me know at the time of purchase. Pick-up is available in Adelaide, South Australia.
Australian orders are sent via Australia Post. Delivery times and costs will differ depending on whether you choose to purchase Standard or Express delivery. Please note the delivery times are calculated on business days (Monday – Friday excluding public holidays). Postage rates are based on Australia Post standard shipping rates. Bump&Mind Childbirth Hypnosis charges shipping rates, as listed below.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is free and is available from 32 Alfred Avenue Seaton, South Australia and will be ready from the day after placing your order.
Delivery
Express Shipping (Up to 3 days) $12.30
Standard Shipping (Up to 5 days) $9.30
Delivery times are usually 3-5 business days from the time of when the item was dispatched.
Whilst most standard orders are received within 3-5 days, delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Please allow up to 10 business days for standard delivery, depending upon the time of purchase, when the item was dispatched and your delivery address.

International Shipping
I am more than happy to ship internationally, please contact us to work out postage costs and delivery details.
Please allow around 2 weeks for delivery to international addresses. Bump&Mind Childbirth Hypnosis is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties or taxes incurred for international deliveries, these are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Lost Mail
Bump&Mind Childbirth Hypnosis holds no responsibility for items lost in the mail. However, we will do our best to track your item using Australia Post’s tracking service. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the costs of any mail that may end up being lost in transit.

Refunds & Exchanges
Bump&Mind Childbirth Hypnosis is happy to refund any items if your goods have been damaged in transit or are faulty. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns if you change your mind. Please contact us with a description and photo of the damage before you return any items. If Bump&Mind Childbirth Hypnosis is satisfied that the fault occurred prior to the item being delivered to you, we are happy to refund your order or place another order with the same item. Please advise us within 7 business days of receipt of the item you have purchased that you require a replacement item.
